He put me in touch with Brooks, who was amazing, very thorough, reassuring, very competent, with a voice you want to hear when they're about to rip apart your home, lol. TBH I was FORCED to use another company because the crappy builder who caused the initial flooring issue wouldn't allow it. Great experience after having a flood in the house from a broken pipe. These guys are so professional and detailed. Fabulous job, clean and neat. Taped everything, used plastic to cover things, cleaned all the dust. I would highly recommend them for any job.

I recently hired Bottom Zupp for a major renovation and they are easily the best flooring removal company in the area. Thank you, Rick, for squeezing me in last minute; I really appreciate it. They removed 400 sq ft of glue-down wood flooring in a living room and 200 sq ft of tile in a kitchen, leaving the subfloor perfectly prepped and ready to install the new floors. Their crew was professional, fast, and remarkably clean. If you need dust-free floor removal, I highly recommend them!

These guys did an awesome job. I'm a contractor and I needed this job done ASAP. I left a message after hours on Friday. The owner called back Saturday morning; the crew was there Monday at 9 a.m. Two-day commercial job. The crew was awesome; the guys got straight to work and left the space perfect. If you need floors removed, I wouldn't waste my time calling anyone else.

I had a fantastic experience with Bottom Zupp for our tile removal. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job from start to finish.
I was most impressed with how clean and organized everything was. There was very little dust during the removal process, and they took great care to protect the surrounding areas of our home. When they finished, the space was left in excellent condition and ready for the next phase of our project.
On top of the great work, the crew was friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend Bottom Zupp to anyone needing tile removal or demolition work.

I had a master bathroom remodel project and engaged Bottom Zupp to complete the removal of everything including the tile. Amazing company to deal with from start to finish. They are very good at communicating throughout the process, explaining the process, working with me before and during the project and are very reasonable. They set proper expectations, they communicate when they're coming out prior to the project date, and upon completion. They were very neat, very respectful of my property and cleaned up every speck! Austin was the team lead and I want to give him a special shout out! He was so nice to deal with and knew his stuff. He spent time with me when something needed to be reviewed and got my permission before going ahead with parts of the removal. Tremendous experience and I highly recommend!!!!

If you're in the market to find a solid, efficient, and honest team for a home demo and work, I would highly recommend Bottom Zupp - we had multiple quotes and several very well-known companies quit our job, and Bottom Zupp beat all of them on time to do the job, quality of the removal of all floors and cabinets and showers, etc., complete home renovation in 3 days start to finish - the floors came out beautiful, now ready for new tile and cabinets - additionally Bottom Zupp was up to half the price of others and performed like a superstar - thanks guys, amazing work!
