Our team removes tile, hardwood, VCT, carpet, adhesives, coatings, and other materials identified in the project scope. We work with homeowners, contractors, property managers, and project teams that need controlled removal and a clean handoff to the next trade.

We use state-of-the-art equipment, and we’re a partner and certified vendor with one of the largest flooring equipment manufacturers nationwide. This equipment supports efficient removal, dust management, and repeatable preparation across small residential remodels, commercial work, and industrial projects.
Actual scheduling depends on the flooring material, square footage, site conditions, access requirements, and coordination with other trades. We communicate around the defined project scope so contractors and project teams can plan the next phase accordingly.
Dust Control, Property Protection & Subfloor Preparation
We use dust-containment systems, high-efficiency air filters, and air purifiers while protecting adjacent surfaces and common areas. Dust containment reduces the spread of airborne particles, although no demolition process can eliminate every particle.
Removal doesn’t end when the original flooring comes up. Our team removes debris and prepares the exposed surface by scraping, shaving, and vacuuming loose material. When standard removal doesn’t fully address adhesive, thinset, coatings, backing, or residue, concrete grinding or scarifying may be added to the project scope.
